When you contact Toughwood Group by email or through a contact link on this website, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. The current contact form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the form contents.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, direct you to the appropriate business, evaluate potential partnerships and maintain relevant business records. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and external links
This website may link to separate business websites and third-party services. Their own privacy notices apply when you visit them. Hosting providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver the site securely.
Analytics and cookies
Toughwood Group does not currently use optional analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If analytics are introduced, this notice and the site's consent controls will be updated before optional tracking is enabled.
